About the Role: Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist
This exciting opportunity is part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex. As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel, resolving customer problems, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, using your knowledge of air travel regulations and procedures
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect them
- Utilize your knowledge of Native SABRE to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training, demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of the air travel industry
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Native SABRE, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in immediate problem resolution, demonstrating your ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Satisfactory attendance required, with a strong commitment to being punctual and reliable
Preferred Qualifications:
