Key Responsibilities

- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring that all customer needs are met with accuracy and attention to detail
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Providing feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Upselling if required, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills and logical problem-solving skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
