Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter at FreedomCare, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion by leveraging your networking skills and proactive approach to talent acquisition. This is a hybrid or remote position, with applicants located in the greater NYC area expected to commute into our Lake Success, NY office one day per week. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer processing, and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates; build a robust pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions, while also driving employee referrals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs
- Maintain an understanding of market data and creatively identify top talent
- Support talent acquisition process improvement by identifying system and workflow areas of opportunity
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of proven experience with high-volume recruiting
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client services and clear communication
- Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform recruitment strategies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our collective success
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience using an ATS
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following experience is desirable:
- Experience recruiting within a healthcare, startup, or high-growth environment
- Previous agency recruiting experience
- Experience using Greenhouse

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
