Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Client Account Manager to lead our team of Client Account Managers and drive customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Client Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements and product enhancements
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services, providing input and feedback from a customer perspective
- Meet or exceed performance expectations, including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and team performance goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing or account management position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the remote work or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in this space
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion, and retention
