Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Process new and/or amended enrollments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
- Active Personal Lines resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- High school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
