Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, identifying changes and reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents' needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' care, including vital signs, medication administration, and progress notes.
