About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Risk and Compliance analysts, ensuring the ongoing compliance of our PCI compliance program, and leading cross-functional projects to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team of Risk and Compliance analysts to ensure the effective implementation of our cybersecurity compliance and risk management programs.
- Manage Wayfair's current PCI compliance program and evaluate new projects to ensure ongoing future compliance.
- Act as a cross-functional project manager to ensure teams are held accountable for deliverables and deadlines required to meet annual PCI compliance.
- Lead change control programs, including assessment and monitoring of vendor, process, and technology risk.
- Develop and prioritize strategic plans for mitigating risk based on risk assessment output, and both technical and business input.
- Craft and maintain company policies that reflect the balance of Wayfair's high-growth lifestyle with preferred security, risk, and compliance outcomes.
- Maintain and control compliance risk.
- Develop, deliver, and ensure compliance with security awareness programs.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Previous experience handling direct reports.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven work ethic.
