Primary Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to address inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and resolving any issues that may arise
- Confirming member eligibility and providing information on transportation services and benefits
- Identifying and assessing members' additional needs, providing support and connecting them with relevant resources
- Intaking member concerns and working collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Actively listening to members, empathizing with their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience

Required Education and Experience
