Job Summary
As a Media Planner at Roundel, you will be responsible for developing multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across digital channels and platforms for our top key accounts. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and use your expertise in digital advertising and media planning to create effective media plans that drive results. Your mission will be to tell the story of Roundel's unique differentiators in the marketplace and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for top key accounts, including digital channels and platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals and using that insight to inform media planning
- Create and present strategic proposals to clients, including media plans, creative concepts, and budget allocations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Reporting and Insights, Analysis, Sales, Trading, and Ad Operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges for clients
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and media planning, including media buying, targeting, and optimization
- Experience with media planning tools and technologies, such as Usable One, DCM, DFP, or similar ad serving platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large clients or in an agency environment
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, data management, and targeting
- Certifications in digital marketing or media planning, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
