Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled music teacher to join our team at Store 099. As a MAA Professional Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach music lessons to a diverse population of students, both in our clean and safe studios and through online lessons. Key Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, adapting your teaching style to meet the unique needs and goals of each student
- Communicate effectively with parents of students (where applicable) to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide feedback on their development
- Collaborate with our store team to maximize the lesson experience and create a supportive and inspiring learning environment
- Work with students to develop their musical skills, build their confidence, and foster a lifelong love of music
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Music or a related field, or equivalent substitutable experience
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience, preferably with students of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
