Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced National Account Director to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. As a National Account Director, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and engaging in high-volume, outbound prospecting to existing sales partners considered low or non-producing agents. Your primary objective will be to mine our extensive database of inactive or low-producing sales partners, contact the agents, and determine the potential reasons for low or non-production. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify applicable reasons for reduced production and assist in engaging the appropriate teams to determine a remedy to win back partner volume and improve overall processes and product offerings.
