You must be online, responsive, and ready to answer calls and chats during these hours, although you will only be paid for active time spent handling customer interactions. Our pay structure is designed to reward your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with options for flat "per chat/call" rates or a low standby retainer plus per-interaction pay.
