Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online chat and customer engagement strategies that drive business results and enhance our customers' online experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat and customer engagement initiatives
- Build upon our chat roadmap and socialize a 12-18 month strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations that drive conversions and customer satisfaction
- Manage the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform data-driven decisions
- Define and build an online chat service program that meets our customers' evolving needs and expectations
- Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
- Socialize chat program insights and results to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing to inform data-driven decisions
- A Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for business meetings, conferences, and training sessions

- A base salary of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications
