Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of required experience working an overnight shift, with a proven ability to work effectively in a nocturnal environment
- 2+ years of experience in a member-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and support
- Experience using and learning complex computer systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and platforms
- Work-from-home experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse member populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Property and Casualty licensing, with a $1500 sign-on bonus for currently licensed candidates
- Experience in the pet insurance industry, with a deep understanding of pet health and wellness
- Knowledge of veterinary medicine and pet care, with the ability to provide informed support and guidance to members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $24.50/hour on a full-time schedule, along with uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance. Our employees are also eligible for Restricted Stock Units, which vest over 4 years, and a range of benefits and perks, including:
