Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Multitask effectively, handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to considering candidates from various backgrounds.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred; typing accuracy and speed are essential for success in this role.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; if you're proficient in using technology and navigating online platforms, you'll excel in this position.
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change; a quick-paced work environment requires flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you'll be representing blithequark and our dealer clients online, so clear and effective communication is crucial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other technology platforms used in the automotive industry.
