Essential Qualifications
- 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions.
- High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds of download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and ping less than 175ms, with a reliable ethernet connection.
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent communication and soft skills.
- A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment.

- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
