Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and diagnosing issues with the equipment. You will also be required to keep all refrigeration gear in proper working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour, and you will be working remotely from our location in Tampa, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration gear in proper working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively as a team member to deliver high-quality services
- Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
Essential Qualifications
