The GM&NS Pricing Group plays a vital role in driving revenue from the discount business, one of American Express' largest revenue sources. Our team works closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept American Express while improving service and merchant satisfaction. We drive GMS revenue and profit growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions. As a part-time data entry specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, providing critical support in financial analysis and customer service.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations
In this part-time data entry role, you will be responsible for creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region
- Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities
- Supporting external audits, including investigation of issues discovered, and communicating with local value teams to discuss issues and work to resolve them
- Performing ad hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights

Essential Qualifications and Skills
