Key Responsibilities

- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays
- Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow

Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Must be able to pass a background check
