Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to patients, responding to their needs, and addressing their concerns in a compassionate and professional manner
- Assist patients with loan applications, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to manage their health
- Order testing and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery
- Conduct phone and Zoom calls with patients, healthcare coaches, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Manage text messages and voicemails, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Sell and order supplements, ensuring patients have access to the products they need to support their health and wellbeing
- Schedule appointments with health coaches, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless care delivery
- Provide administrative support, completing forms and performing other tasks as needed to support the team
- Collaborate with healthcare coaches, providing support with scheduling, rescheduling, and other tasks as needed
