Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * **Assisting Pharmacists**: Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy. friendly, and efficient checkout service. * **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. * **Performing Duties as Assigned**: Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medicine. * **Reporting Prescription Errors**: Report prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhere to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program. * **Handling Telephone Calls**: Handle telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians. * **Processing Manual Claims**: Process (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner. * **Assisting with Inventory Management**: Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. * **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). * **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. * **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. * **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers. * **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance. **Essential Qualifications** * **PTCB Certification**: Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: High school diploma or equivalent required. * **Customer Service Experience**: Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent
