As a leader in the workers' compensation industry, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis, working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for pharmacies, claimants, and clients, providing accurate and efficient service to manage prescription needs. Key Responsibilities
- Claimant Profile Management: Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacies in adjudicating claimant medications, resolving issues, and answering questions.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Support client needs by providing reporting and data analysis regarding claimant medications and requirements.
- System Updates: Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-centric approach.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to ask relevant questions.
- Written Skills: Excellent written grammatical skills, with a keen eye for detail and proper telephone etiquette.
