Objectives
The primary objectives of the pharmacy residency program at arenaflex are to:
- Engage the resident in the clinical, educational, operational, and administrative aspects of community pharmacy practice.
- Prepare the resident to assume clinical, educational, operational, and administrative responsibilities within the community practice setting.
- Provide a mechanism by which the resident contributes to the development of pharmacy services within the community setting.
- Develop the resident's precepting and teaching skills.

Essential Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a school or college of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
- Ability to obtain a pharmacist license within the state of residency within 90 days of the start of the residency program.
- Submission of residency application materials to Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS).
- Participation in and adherence to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching Program.
- Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
