Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy technology, healthcare administration)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekend hours
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Previous work experience with Walgreens or a similar healthcare organization
- PTCB or ExCPT certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
