Key Responsibilities
- Implement patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care

- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Education and Training Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or be willing to pursue this qualification. You must also be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment, with a license in good standing. Additional requirements include:
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within 30 days of hire
- Formal training in the management of aggressive patients, or the ability to complete this training within 60 days of hire
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred, although not essential
- At the Hospital's discretion, you may be required to hold a Qualified Medical Professional (QMP) designation, which involves an annual evaluation and potential renewal
