Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service and ensure all client interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism
- Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions using our proprietary call center database (CSC)
- Adhere to all schedules, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management
- Strive to exceed KPIs and quality goals, and communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar
- Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations
- Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Ability to multitask, read, type, and navigate through applications while speaking to customers
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience in retail sales or a related field
- Knowledge of client relationship management tools, such as Instant Service
- Experience with windows-based applications and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 words per minute

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
