- Respond to inbound customer requests through our proprietary CRM using SMS, phone calls, and email to book online appointments and present qualifying insurance products.
- Engage in direct customer interactions on a national scale, with no territorial limitations, to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and support each other in a dynamic environment.
- Utilize our instant-approval products and fast pay cycle (typically around 72 hours) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize sales potential.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and adhere to our company's values and mission.
