About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote customer service and payment collection representatives. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You'll provide knowledgeable answers, resolve issues, and offer peace of mind to our customers, all while working in a virtual team environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections on their accounts
- Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and address concerns
- Keep in touch with managers to receive feedback, coaching, and tips on how to improve performance
- Utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure consistent and high-quality responses
- Quickly and accurately document customer interactions and notes using a standard keyboard
Who We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these roles often require strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to have:
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
- Strong typing skills and ability to quickly document customer interactions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
