Job Overview
In this exciting role, you'll be part of our remote customer service team, working closely with our global network to provide top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points. You'll also be involved in various airport-related tasks, working collaboratively with our team leaders to guide daily operations in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
- Carry out various airport-related tasks and be prepared to support daily operations in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
- Work closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct relevant administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departures, and maintain accurate records
- Represent arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
- Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions within given time limits, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times, ensuring a secure and healthy work environment
- Perform other reasonable duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints. You'll also require:
- A strong customer focus and enjoy face-to-face contact with customers
- The ability to work effectively in a stress environment with minimal supervision
- A well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor at all times
- The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
- Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- A valid BAA airside pass (or willingness to obtain one)
- GSAT training (or willingness to complete)
- A valid DVLA driving license (or willingness to obtain a BAA driving license as required)
Preferred Qualifications:

- PC knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or aviation industry
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Fluency in multiple languages
