To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate a computer and the web with ease. Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation, including Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive
- Indiana resident with high-speed internet access at home and a secluded, distraction-free work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote or call center environment
- Automotive knowledge or experience (not required, but a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, even in a remote setting
