Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or retail experience is highly desirable

- A minimum internet speed of at least 7 mbps upload and 20 mbps download
- Ability to live within 2 hours of one of our four call center locations
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving customer issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
