Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Business Counseling Professional to join our team. As a Chief, Business Counseling within the Income Integrity COE organization, you will be driving Gamble Change specialized exercises, including electronic clinical record data extraction, compromise, and conglomeration, and financial and operational reporting. You will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to external vendors, external consultants, colleagues, or matrixed staff as needed to support ACA IFP Risk Adjustment Income Integrity drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the compromise of data (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps, and prompting to foster more productivity within the cycle.
- Act as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities, as well as the support of evaluating activities related to vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images, as well as other specialized projects.
- Drive change related to enhancements and system fixes, grasping interdependencies both process-wise and timing-wise, to further business objectives.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to create value from data, supporting coordination across fully shared services and vendors to ensure data integrity and data validation processes are in place.
- Be responsible for reviewing assignments, including recording and assessing basic controls, and understanding techniques, results, and business impacts, and documenting and expressing such understanding in both written and verbal formats.
- Conduct occasional updates of scientific schedules and division production systems, and explore and assess alternative solutions to address business needs.
Supporting 1 Million IFP Members
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting 1 million IFP members through tightly managing vendor data quality and practicality, ensuring data is ingested into the system to drive submissions, and all group approval errors are worked out to guarantee submission fulfillment. You will analyze and understand advanced recovery to maximize results and customize ACA reporting perspectives and effort manager data required for daily operations work.
Required Capabilities
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies.

- Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.
