About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform and innovate our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in VOC methods and big data platforms
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects (minimum 3+ years)
- Active collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery principles, with a focus on introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with big data platforms and ecosystems
- Knowledge of data modeling and architecture principles
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions
- Strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices
