- Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
- Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
- Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and ensure accurate results
- Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems, escalating to more proficient team members when necessary
- Monitor email box and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Qualifications
