Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Placing outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and responding to basic inquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
- Providing management support, including profile creation and updating
- Filing, data entry, and document production
- Creating and updating customer service issue tickets
- Assisting in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and managing special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
- Managing the company's lobby area: greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment
- Performing general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
- Responsible for checking and ordering supply materials
Requirements and Qualifications:
