Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry in EMR and other systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare details for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including responding to queries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry on computers, including typing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Perform data entry of credits, new applications, and other documents as required
- Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including maintaining records and files
- Perform high volume data entry work, including meeting deadlines and targets
- Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, including data cleaning and data validation
- Erase data entry mistakes and make corrections as necessary
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and procedures
- Train new data entry staff members on computer systems and procedures
- Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including filing and record-keeping
- Ensure timely data entry and file management, including meeting deadlines and targets
- Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification responsibilities
- Establish and maintain data entry requirements for each client, including collaborating with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and complete
- Review and confirm data prior to entry, including verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform daily audits and data entry improvements, including identifying and resolving issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field, including experience with EMR systems
- Excellent typing skills, including accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
