- Demonstrate strong technical skills in achieving a directable aesthetic, with the ability to understand and interpret art direction.
- Utilize knowledge of materials and procedural calculation to create realistic and engaging environments.
- Apply expertise in texturing and digital painting to enhance the visual quality of our films.
- Contribute to the development of shaders and have experience with physically based rendering.
- Familiarity with the production pipeline, Maya, and Linux is essential, with character look development experience being a plus.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer graphics, fine arts, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in environment look development, with a focus on animation or video game production.
- Excellent understanding of color, texture, and composition, with the ability to create visually stunning environments.
