Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and compassionate Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a remote representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a mandatory one-day in-office orientation at our Denver/Aurora office for local residents. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to patients and their families, explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base annual salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for monthly performance bonuses, ranging from $100 to $400, as well as company and individual team contests, with prizes and rewards ranging from $200 to $300 per month.
