As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers * Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisite, and coverage to provide accurate and timely information * Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive coverage * Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues related to billing, transactions, and premium inquiries * Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and managing LEP inquires and disputes * Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs * Providing self-help options, including member portal access and local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist * Utilizing strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, customers, and team members **Experience Required for Your Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least a High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 18 months Call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare a plus * Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and care * Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (50 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in software applications and systems, including CRM, email, and phone systems * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
