Job Summary
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing the concerns of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services, providing clear and concise solutions and support.

Qualifications

Work Environment
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the following requirements:
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam, with the expectation that you will maintain the security and integrity of company equipment.
- You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
Physical Demands
