Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of remote work experience, with a proven track record of working independently and managing your time effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims
- Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment, with a strong understanding of quotas and performance metrics
