Key Responsibilities
Client Delight - Building Great Client Relationships
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our non-profit clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Support client onboarding processes for all assigned client engagements, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service.
- Execute processes related to accounts payable, accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, closing the books monthly, and preparing financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with your manager and other team members to ensure all clients receive timely and effective communication, driving client satisfaction and delight.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, performing within established processes and budget parameters while identifying opportunities to add value and drive efficiency.
Team Delight - Creating a Satisfying & Collaborative Virtual Environment
- Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings to ensure alignment and success.
- Embrace new technology and solutions to address client issues, demonstrating confidence in learning and adapting to new tools.
- Welcome coaching and feedback from your manager, implementing changes as needed to meet team and client goals.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience within the non-profit industry, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books monthly, and preparing financial reporting and analysis.
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
- Experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and budget parameters.
- A passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when working with client data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-client environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and support.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms and virtual infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits
