About the Role: Sales Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Sales Customer Experience Specialist to join our team, working on evening and overnight shifts in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to customers via telephone, internet, or other communication channels, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
- Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalating technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department.
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries and troubleshooting customer problems to identify the root cause and determine the best course of action.
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues, and update customer information to ensure accurate entry of contact information.
- Meet standards of job performance, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time, and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.

Work from Home Requirements:
To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
- An internet service provider that meets our technical requirements, with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
- Proof of internet speed, which may be required as part of the hiring process.
