**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive growth and excellence in our assigned territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Direct the regions sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
* Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
* Direct sales performance in specified regions
* Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management
* Develop strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
* Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
* Lead difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support region growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
