Job Overview: Sales Manager, Syndications

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager, Syndications to join our team in a remote position based in South Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining syndication partners, positively influencing the reputation of BFI, and developing new business relationships. Your primary focus will be on effectively marketing loan participations and whole loan sales, taking broad ownership of the syndication effort, and monitoring processes throughout the transaction cycle.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of loan syndication, with existing syndication relationships and a deep understanding of best practices, loan structures, legal agreements, LSTA market standards, and general accounting rules.
