As a Director of Business Development in our US Multi-National Sales team, you'll be part of a dynamic group of six directors who report to our VP. You'll have the opportunity to work across functions and borders, collaborating with colleagues from around the world to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new multi-national prospects across a designated portfolio in the US, leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive top-line growth.
- Represent the value proposition of American Express Global Business Travel, setting the strategic direction for bids and participating in key prospect meetings and negotiations.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close, and be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using your insights to inform sales strategies and improve client engagement.
