Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that customer interactions are seamless and efficient.
- Offer additional products and/or services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues.
- Open availability, as this is a seasonal position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and necessary software.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong desire to develop your technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a reliable internet connection and necessary software.

- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
- Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
- While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
