Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret recharging and claim data to support insurance arrangements and risk management strategies
- Participate in introducing organization's risk to insurers and dealers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Manage claim activities, including collaboration with internal legal and regulatory teams, insurers, claim agents, and external counsel
- Assist in evaluating risk funding strategies, including self-insurance/captive feasibility
- Oversee the global Clinical Trials insurance program, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies
- Evaluate insurance language in policies, ensuring consistency with organizational insurance programs and industry standards
- Investigate statements, invoices, and agreements for accuracy, ensuring timely payment and resolution of claims
- Perform data and risk analysis for programs, as needed, to inform business decisions
- Manage the corporate insurance program for both renewing and new policies, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations
- Ensure timely issuance of insurance certificates and auto ID cards, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management, complemented by at least 2 years of risk management experience, ideally with a global organization in a private, public, government, or military setting. Your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in this position.
