The Senior Director, Customer Growth Business Development role is a newly created position that will provide strategic leadership within our Business Development Center of Excellence. This team is responsible for securing new business, driving new category growth, and successfully managing our continued pipeline of renewals. As a key member of this team, you will serve as the strategic bridge between blithequark and our potential and existing customers, representing the voice of the customer and identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing, agency, or CPG experience, preferably with experience working with foodservice customers. You will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience.
