Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of the BWRX-300 SMR plant layout and arrangement, focusing on Nuclear Island, Turbine Island, and Balance of Plant systems, structures, and components.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design partners and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement work instructions, execute programs in the 3D model, and manage change control processes.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective interdisciplinary arrangement and layout interfaces.
- Support the production of lifetime-record documents, based on the 3D model, for design, licensing, fabrication, and construction purposes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of work plans, scope of work packages, and supplier management.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure close coordination of technical inputs and outputs, project requirements, workforce planning, and risk management.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Structural, or similar).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role, with a strong background in nuclear power plant design, layout, operations, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated people management and motivation skills, with experience in leading and managing highly technical and diverse engineering teams.
